Standard Delivery: Orders are shipped within 7–17 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.


Shipping Regions

Currently, Moodie ships within the United States and Canada.

If you’d like us to ship to your country or region, please contact us at support@tryymoodie.com. We are always open to expanding our reach.


Discreet & Private Packaging

Your privacy is our priority.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no visible reference to “Moodie” on the shipping label or return address.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

After dispatch, shipping time depends on the selected delivery method (7–17 business days).

Special Note: Our pillows are carefully crafted, filled, and packaged to maintain quality and hygiene. Due to this detailed preparation and occasional high demand, processing may sometimes take slightly longer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking shows no movement right away, there’s no need to worry — it simply means your package is awaiting pickup by the courier.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High postal volume during peak seasons

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier strikes or operational disruptions

  • Customs clearance (when applicable)

We kindly ask for your patience in these rare cases.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing:

  • Check with your local courier or neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby

  • If confirmed lost, contact us at support@tryymoodie.com

We will investigate with the courier and, depending on the outcome, arrange for a replacement or refund.


Important Notes

  • Once an order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled or intercepted while in transit

  • If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, our Return Policy applies (within 30 days)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched
